Terms & Conditions

All website builds require full payment of $500 upfront before work begins. We don't split the build fee — this keeps projects moving fast and scoped clearly.

The monthly maintenance fee of $50/month is billed on the same date each month following the site's launch. Payment is due within 7 days of each billing date.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed upon in writing. All prices are in USD.

The $50/month maintenance plan covers: edge CDN hosting, SSL certificate management, monthly content updates (text and image swaps), performance monitoring, uptime alerts, and priority support response.

Each project includes two rounds of revisions after the initial design is delivered. A revision round is a single consolidated list of changes — not an ongoing back-and-forth.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $75/hour, estimated and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the design delivery date. After that window, changes fall under the maintenance plan or are quoted as new work.

Upon receipt of full payment for the build, you own your website. All code, content, and design assets created for your project are transferred to you.

Salt River Media retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

We do not claim ownership of any content, photography, or brand assets you provide. You represent that you have the rights to use all content you supply.

The monthly maintenance plan can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees. No lock-in periods. Service continues through the end of the paid billing period.

The $500 build fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.

If maintenance is cancelled, hosting responsibility transfers to you. We'll provide a full export of your site files and assist with handoff for up to 30 days after cancellation.

Salt River Media is not liable for losses resulting from website downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control. We'll always work quickly to resolve issues, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime on any platform.

Our total liability in connection with any project or service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide complies with applicable laws. We are not liable for legal issues arising from client-supplied content.

Websites are hosted on third-party platforms (currently Netlify and Vercel). While we select reliable providers with strong uptime records, their terms of service and infrastructure limitations apply.

Domain registration is managed separately and is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We can assist with setup at no additional cost.

Third-party services integrated into your site (forms, maps, analytics, etc.) are subject to their own terms and pricing. We'll flag any costs before recommending a service.
